Burning question - police interviews

‘A patient complained to the police about me and now I’ve been asked to go to the police station.What should I do?’

All CSP members are entitled to advice and representation at police station interviews.

This can be accessed 24-hours-a-day by calling 0800 587 7530 with your membership number.

For members in Scotland and Northern Ireland this support also extends to representation in the criminal courts.

Members in England and Wales can find information on legal aid and an optional CSP insurance policy for criminal allegations on the CSP website.
