‘I work in the community. Can I use my work mobile phone for personal calls?’

It very much depends on your local communications policy at work. Some employers do allow for a small number of personal calls, others do not.

If your work mobile is provided and funded by your employer it is best to keep personal calls to a minimum.

Deliberate and regular misuse of your employer’s property is in breach of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and registrants have been struck off for this reason.
