Yes! All members who are employed by an organisation that recognises the CSP have the right to be elected as a safety rep or steward.
This includes associates and rotational staff.
However, CSP members with a significant responsibility for managing staff should carefully consider the potential conflict between their duties as a manager, and their role as an elected representative.
