Answering your call

The Enquiry Handling Unit at the CSP’s London office has had its busiest week in almost six years with 2,300 enquiries, 1,000 about the pension ballot.

Unit head Roger Hitt said: ‘The team have maintained their usual standards for answering almost all telephone calls and responding to emails within one or two days, a fantastic achievement.’
