    In recent years, the CSP has become increasingly concerned about the issue of bullying in the workplace; CSP members now report more individual and collective cases than ever before. While some of these are referred specifically as "bullying" issues, many stress and general workplace cases also have bullying elements.

    In January 2008 an enabling agreement was reached between NHS Employers and the NHS Staff side with the intention of supporting employers and staff in the management of sickness absence & ill health retirement.
