Your CSP membership package includes Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) and here's what you need to know.

It is a requirement of the policy that you notify the insurers of any 'actual or potential claim or circumstance' that might give rise to a claim against this policy at this address: LFC Graybrook, LFC Insurance Group, LFC House, Knight Street, South Woodham, Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5ZL.

- Contact our enquiry team via email enquiries@csp.org.uk or phone 020 7306 6666.
- If you then need to go on to make a claim you can pursue this via Graybrook, the CSP's scheme administrator.
