Who can join? The two categories of membership are for full CSP members and for overseas physiotherapists. Please see the foot of this page for PDF application form download.
What is expected of members? To take part in regional groups where possible and communicate with and provide ideas and feedback to the National Executive Committee. Members are also expected to support organised study days and provide ideas and information for the ACPC's newsletter.
How does the group support members' continuing professional development/lifelong learning? Regional network
A partial regional network operates but this is not yet geographically comprehensive.

Peer support/mentorship
Support for members is available through the regional groups and from committee members.

Publications
Out and About, ACPC's newsletter, is published four times a year.

Education
Study days are held each year in addition to regionally organised events.

Published evidence-based material
The ACPC contributed to the Guideline for the Collaborative, Rehabilitative Management of Elderly People who have Fallen, (1997) available from the CSP. ACPC has direct communication through the CSP on DoH policies.

Outcome measures The group recommends its members use the CSP outcome measures database available on this website.
