Rooms
Rooms for hire and auxiliary use at the CSP cover:
The meeting rooms have projection walls or screens, white boards, full audio-visual facilities and air conditioning. The building is fully accessible for people with disabilities, access being via our Jockey's Field entrance, lift service to all floors and adapted toilets. A full catering service is available, ranging from tea, coffee and sandwiches to more formal arrangements. Whatever event you have in mind, come and visit the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. The Assistant Facilities Manager will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
Council room
The largest room is the Council room. It will take up to 120 for a cocktail reception. The Council room can be divided to provide two totally sound-proofed meeting rooms, seating 30 to 50 theatre style in the Front Council Room. If required, an induction loop can be provided, although the full council room will be required for this option. The Council room layouts are completely flexible and tables/seating can be arranged to suit your needs.
Founders room
The Founders room seats 16 Boardroom style and is ideal for smaller training sessions. To make your event self-contained, registration areas are available at the front and rear of the building if required. Presidents room
The Presidents room is perfect for committee meetings, seating 16 Boardroom style. The Founders room works well as a catering area when the Council room is being used for the main meeting.
